These general conditions of sale govern the commercial relations in force on the online store www.phytotech.fr (referred to as the SITE) between Laboratoire Phytotech (referred to as THE SELLER), and the customers or visitors to the site (referred to as THE CUSTOMER).
These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered by Laboratoire PHYTOTECH.
To be enforceable against the seller, any modification to these general conditions of sale must have been expressly accepted in writing by the seller.
These present general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior express and written exemption of the SELLER.
1. Acceptance of conditions
These general conditions of sale are systematically accessible on the SITE.
The CUSTOMER has the option of saving or editing these general conditions, it being specified that both the saving and the editing of this document are his sole responsibility.
When confirming his order, the CUSTOMER acknowledges having read these conditions, which implies full and unreserved acceptance.

2. Entry into force
These general conditions come into force on the date of validation of the order form. They are concluded for the period necessary for the supply of the goods purchased, until the expiry of the guarantees owed by THE SELLER.
3. Products
The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. If errors occur, in no case can the SELLER be held liable.
Our product offers offered on THE SITE are only valid while stocks last.
In the event that the product is unavailable after placing an order, we undertake to notify you of the new availability of the product. If you wish, you can request the cancellation or exchange of your order by calling our customer service on 04 42 70 46 14 from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
4. Price
The prices are expressed in euros excluding tax and are only valid on the date of validation of the order form by the CUSTOMER.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not take into account the delivery costs, invoiced in addition and indicated before the validation of the order.
The final prices take into account the VAT applicable in France on the day of the order.
The total amount indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes, it includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products and the transport costs.
5. Order
5.1. Order steps
The order steps are as follows:
- The BUYER selects the item (s) of his choice by adding them to his order basket
- The BUYER identifies himself (username and password), if he does not have one, he has the possibility to create an account by entering a valid email address, a password (personal and confidential )
- The BUYER defines his delivery address (if different from the billing address entered in the customer account)
- The BUYER validates his order, declaring that he accepts these general conditions
- The BUYER makes the payment according to the chosen method (check or credit card)
5.2 Confirmation of the order
Upon registration of the order by the SELLER, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the contact email address entered in the customer account
This acknowledgment of receipt summarizes all the components of your order, including the exact amount invoiced and the terms of delivery of your order and confirms the acceptance of this order by the SELLER.
THE SITE has an automatic order registration system, considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order, each order having a unique registration number.
The SELLER thus confirms the acceptance of his order to the CUSTOMER.
However, the SELLER reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a payment arrears or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.
The information given by the buyer when ordering commits the latter: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient’s contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be delivered. the product.
5.3 Execution of the order
The order will only be considered effective after full payment of the order.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out, in no case the sums paid could not be regarded as arrhe or installments.
